The Hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Central Perth and its surrounding areas. For example, the train station was a 10 minute walk and from there, places such as Fremantle were a 30 minute train ride away. Overall, the hotel is clean and well maintained with the beds being comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent and the fridge was really good. The staff were very friendly and dealt with any queries quickly.

All the front desk staff were helpful, friendly, informative, kind, pleasant, The premises was clean and staff were efficient, flexible, pleasant, Rooms kept clean and maintained daily to great standard, 24 hour desk coverage, was not a problem to come and go at any time during day or night, Useful mapprovided and staff happy to make suggestions on places to go Bag storage after check out excellent Use of facilities including toilets and charging sockets in foyer Complimentary toiletries and coffee in rooms and fridge Cafe in the morning, lovely staff, Use of WiFi available Tv in room, good range of programs

The location is outstanding, very short walk to the train station, the free black CAT bus in Pier St, short walk to the river precinct, shops, Perth concert Hall. The staff were terrific, good check in, extra tea and milk easy to obtain. A very nice sitting and table area in the foyer. Big bottles of shower soap, shampoo, conditioner etc in shower and hand basin. The tiny fridge worked a treat.

It was modern, clean and comfortable and the large car parking space was very convenient. The staff were friendly too.

The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient to get around. While the room was small, it was clean. The check-in process was fairly quick, and the staff were courteous. There’s a temporary parking spot right at the front entrance, which is helpful for those on self-driving trips to unload luggage before moving the car to the hotel’s parking lot (reservation required in advance).

They are happy to look after luggage if you arrive before check in and when you check out so you can spend your last day roaming about! Location is walking distance from the train station. There’s a breakfast/coffee shop it is connected to which is really nice. The first thing I noticed is how professional and well maintained the reception feels. It also smells lovely! There’s a fridge in the rooms and they supplied a small carton of milk to go with the tea and coffee selection. Bed is super comfortable and 4 pillows!! Shower is nice and strong. Also nice vegan shampoo, conditioner and body wash! The staff were welcoming, friendly and professional!

I was staying in a very small room but it was cosy and comfortable. There was no iron though. The hair dryer was the best I have every found in any hotel rooms so far! Great location, you can walk to the cbd and pier and the nearby restaurants and cafes in just 5 to 10 minutes.

The location suited me perfectly: a short walk from Perth railway station, an even shorter walk from St Mary's Catholic Cathedral, excellently located for shops, cafes and public transport, and for many Perth sites of interest. The staff were all lovely, and the room was beautifully bright.

The king bed was comfortable and the pillows were decent. Good water pressure and hot came through quickly even though I was on the 7th floor. They had recently done renovations to the room and were in the process of doing the lobby. It is much better than the earlier photos of the rooms and modern. I didn't mind not having a cupboard, and 2 wall hangers were sufficient for me. There were 2x washing machines and 2x dryers & an ironing board on the 4th floor with 8am to 8pm usage only. I stayed in the hotel for 14 days. Reception does have a microwave if you want to heat something up. There is a $200 security deposit taken when checking in.
