The king bed was comfortable and the pillows were decent. Good water pressure and hot came through quickly even though I was on the 7th floor. They had recently done renovations to the room and were in the process of doing the lobby. It is much better than the earlier photos of the rooms and modern. I didn't mind not having a cupboard, and 2 wall hangers were sufficient for me. There were 2x washing machines and 2x dryers & an ironing board on the 4th floor with 8am to 8pm usage only. I stayed in the hotel for 14 days. Reception does have a microwave if you want to heat something up. There is a $200 security deposit taken when checking in.

Location is good right near the city mall. Hotel was quiet and room comfortable. Got a free room upgrade from Petite Queen to Deluxe King that was nice! Very good bar downstairs that has a nice ambience and Tiger beer on tap! TV is good with the ability to chromecast and good size. Air con was nice and cold Nice room has obviously been well maintained. Plenty of powerpoints for charging your devices

Love the design of the hotel, it was clean and new looking. The lobby feels safe and cosy. Shower has good hot water, the tv was amazing. You can cast your Netflix on it without a problem. The TV size is big, the bed is comfortable. I was upgraded to a bigger room. It is a 5-7mins walk to the edge of the centre of Cbd. Nice Asian food 5ins away, woollies is 5mins away.

I asked the friendly staff via email for a quiet room with 2 single beds and we received a complementary upgrade, which was very much appreciated. The location is great, right in the CBD of Perth.

The Pensione Hotel is in an excellent location within walking distance to central Perth highlights, museums, concert hall, exhibition centre and other activities. From Perth Airport (T3/T4) easy (and cheap) public transport - bus to Redcliffe, train to McIver then 5 minutes walk to the hotel. The room is not luxurious but very comfy and equiped with fridge and tea making, plus good bathroom and amenities. Air conditioning as needed. The reception were so very helpful, and kindly upgraded my room at no extra cost. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were generous with time and help. They also offer luggage storage after check-out. Wifi was excellent throughout. There is a cafe in the same building (not same business) that is good for breakfast.

This hotel is literally in the city center, few minutes by walk far from Barrack Jetty or the Perth train station. The cleanliness of the room is astonishing and so are the soaps/shampoos. The hall gets scented by a Scent Australia machine and I've personally never smelled something so good anywhere. Chromecast easily configurable to be used with your own phone. Air Conditioner with touch controls on the wall, easy to setup. These days in the structure definetely exceeded my expectations

The Pensione is incredibly well located and just a few minutes walk from just about everything in the CBD. i had a petite room and it really was small. That was fine for me as i was travelling alone, but might be a problem for a couple, or someone with a lot of stuff. The bed was very comfortable and had the sort of facilities you'd expect (apart from no room for storage) and the place was spotless. The staff, available 24/7, were excellent - very friendly and helpful.

The bed was comfortable and the room clean, but the location was brilliant, close to all amenities, cafes and restaurants the museum and harbour all a close stroll away. We only realised there was a cafe in the hotel on the morning we left, which was unfortunate.

All the staff are very kind and experts not only the hotel stuff but also the city Perth. The price is also quite reasonable and the storage service is also good. The location of the hotel is the best! It's 3 min. distance from the RedCliffe station which is in the airport line and 10 min. distance from CBD. Also, 2 min. distance from St. Mary's cathedral. Also each room has electric kettle and refrigerator. And they provide using their laundry/dryer machine service with attractive price. It was really cool to stay there with great prices.
